Covid Vaccination
Private Covid Vaccine (Pfizer):
From individuals aged 12 years and over
Cost £85 per dose
Covid- 19 Vaccine should be administered at least 3 months apart after the most recent dose.

NHS Covid Vaccine:
NHS is offering free COVID-19 vaccine from 3 October 2024 to:

all adults aged 65 years and over
-
residents in a care home
-
persons aged 6 months to 64 years in a clinical risk group, Egerton Pharmacy can vaccinate those that are 18 years and over under the NHS
-
frontline health and social care workers and staff working in care homes.
Whooping cough Vaccine
Whooping cough is a highly contagious respiratory tract infection. It is given on the NHS to babies as a part of their routine vaccines at 8, 12 and 16 weeks.
Who can have the vaccine:
Booster dose for individuals aged 10 years and over.
Those who have not received a dose of whooping cough-containing vaccine in the last five years.
Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Exclusion:
Individuals less than 10 years
Those who have not received a primary course of the vaccination.
We supply licensed vaccines from 2 different brands.
Boostrix-IPV (GSK)
REPEVAX (Sanofi Pasteur)
The cost per dose is £65.
RSV ( Respiratory Syncytial Virus)
RSV vaccine is given to prevent lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD), caused by the RSV virus.
Who can have the vaccine:

Individuals aged 60 years and over

Exclusion -Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

Those acutely unwell or have a fever of 38 degrees or more
